-Check for any transfer passengers and passengers with short connections and provide required meet and assist services (MAAS).
Coordinate provision of special services required by passengers like wheelchair (WCHR), unaccompanied minor (UM) and VIP passengers.
-Support passengers in obtaining 96-hour visa for entering the UAE if needed.
-Maintain all required records and documents and submit daily reports to the duty manager.
