Develop and implement, in line with the Group strategy, a 'macro’-level strategic plan and direction on matters related to overall Human Capital Management across Mawarid Holding Investment that promotes long-term transformation and growth.
• Manage the Group HR Department. Prepare, implement, and monitor the yearly Mawarid Holding Investment HR Department's Manpower Plan and Budget.
• Evaluate the performance of employees and ensure succession and professional development plans are in place.
• HR Strategy, Plan, and Projects following the group business plans, vision, mission, and values.
• Manage HR Staff within subsidiaries in conjunction with the relevant Managing Directors.
• Completing annual MHI's Performance Management System, Incentive scheme, and career development matrix.
• Implementation of the new ERP System
Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources functions, policies, and programs. Direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service and move them toward the company's strategies.
• Lead and direct the HR function to deliver a comprehensive HR Service to the business in line with company strategy.
• Ensure timely recruitment of the required level/quality of potential candidates.
