• Review and approve materials, samples and system proposed by supplier and subcontractors.
• Technical and engineering supervision according to project management professional standards to all project works.
• Manage and coordinate all the executed works by all subcontractors along with financial claim.
• Provide a report (Daily, Weekly and monthly) to the client showing the progress of the work.
• Providing technical support internally to the contractor team and subcontractors.

• Prepare architectural shop drawings, review specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
• Reviews Subcontractor’s shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines.
• Reviews materials specifications, and determines appropriateness for application to project before submitting to consultant.
• Coordinate all works (shop drawings, site condition) with MEP & structural department.
• Works with consultant and Client to gather facts, define design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.

• Design project plans, prepare Architectural Details, Review the shop drawings and specifications, and Coordinate it with interior design, mechanical, electrical & structural drawings.
•Propose the project material and compare it with the specifications requirements.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties may arise between site condition and the design without any conflict with the University operator requirements.
•Weekly construction meetings with Operator team to solve problems and coordinate
it with the work site.

4- Islamic Heritage sites, visit and Prepare full reports about existing situation for 8 Castles in Syria
