Study and execution of steam accumulator which reduced fuel consumption of boilers by 30%. Annual saving 87000 $
-Replacement of the diesel burner by modified fuel oil burner. Annual saving 100 000 $ -
-Arranging the stock of spare parts and creating inventory list with movement history file for each item
Overhaul and upgrade of 4 napkin interfolded machines -
-Study, design and installation of 4 printers
-Upgrade of bundler machine introducing automated servo motors which decreased the consumption of PE raw material by 30%
-Installation, commissioning and ordering of spare parts of the new toilet and towel tissue line. (Cost of new line was 3 000 000 $)
- Organizing the maintenance and spare parts and introducing a new system for better control of preventive and stock.
