Main tasks :
- Prepare technical and functional architecture documents
- Work closely with Marketing team and ensure architecture of technical solutions keeping in mind group strategy and value for money and agree for solution delivery time in order to meet targets.
- Coordinate with domain experts, Project Manager, Implementation team, Operations team or vendors while designing solutions to ensure that solutions are aligned to project plans and requirements.
- Make the functional & technical design of new services
- Telco & IT assets (SS7, MAP, SMPP, MM7, SNMP, TCP/IP, OneAPI, )
- Deep functional & technical knowledge of Telco infra.
- Make SRS
- Participate to the elaboration of RFP, RFQ ...

- Administration et supervision du parc Informatique de Tunisiana (1700 postes et 100 serveurs Windows) à laide dAltiris
- Administration et supervision des contrôleurs de domaine.
- Administration et supervision des serveurs de messagerie Exchange.

Principaux projets
- Inventaire du parc informatique de Tunisiana à laide du produit Altiris Deplyement Solution & Notification Server
- Installation et suivi de la plateforme push mail Seven
- Conception et mise en place dune plateforme de Dev Sharepoint ainsi les
- composants RMS et K2 (En collaboration avec les consultants des sociétés NetSystem et Oxia).

- Planification des travaux de léquipe Hosting.
- Assistance et encadrement des équipes de support pour les entreprises.
- Administration et surveillance de la plateforme Hosting Planet : maintenance, sécurisation, évolution, monitoring, backups&
- Administration de clusters : Linux / Windows 2003 Server, apache2 / IIS6, Mysql / SQL Server 2000 et 2005, stockage.
- Dimensionnement et implémentation de serveurs Web / Bases de données dédiés pour les clients.
- Administration et configuration de Firewalls : Juniper (ISG1000), Proventià M50.
- Configuration et administration des serveurs DNS.
- Configuration et administration des serveurs FTP.
Principaux projets
- Conception et mise en place d'une plateforme d'hébergement en cluster et en haute disponibilité ainsi que le partage de charge entre les différents serveurs formant le cluster pour le compte de MosaiqueFM.
o Conception dune architecture optimale pour répondre aux besoins du client.
o Dimensionnement des serveurs web / BD
o Mise en place de deux serveurs en Load Balancing
