1. Prepare project plan, communicates it to the team, and reviews the plan with the Project Manager from the client’s side.
2. Allocate resources on the project, assign work to the team, and monitor the progress of the team, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
3. Manage the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manages the problems that arise.
4. Communicate all necessary project purchases to the Order Processing Department and provide them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies.
5. Follow-up on stage approval with the client and compile acceptance sheet for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project.
6. Review and undertake quality assurance on all client deliverables prepared by the team before they are sent to the client, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.
7. Monitor the invoicing on a project and notify the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
8. Manage the staff chargeability and all other project costs and expenses to ensure that they are within the budget and prepare Project Profit/ Loss Status Reports to the Business Unit Manager and Customer Services Director.
9. Prepare the overall testing plan, indicating milestones for testing and develops the testing scenarios.
10. Assess the training needs of the team and prepares a training plan for submission and approval by the Business Unit Manager.
11. Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports to the Business Unit Manager and the Project Manager at the client site, as needed.
