Develop and successfully launch the Loyalty Program for the retail sector with the collaboration of all the stakeholders.
• Plan and lead the digital transformation of online assets and services with the powerful strategies to accommodate the business for next 10 years.
• Monitor all the 3rd party contractors or developers collaborating for the digital transformation of the company assets.
• Monitor performance of the website and application in terms of traffic, downloads, customer profile, user interaction, time spent and other evaluation metrics. Prepare weekly reports on the same in an agreed upon dashboard format.

• Target audiences with Keywords and help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and online campaigns.
• Online Competitor Analysis and market review report. (Quarterly).
• Google AdWords Keywords Research for the Website and Online Campaigns (Twice a Year).
• To provide trending ideas for content marketing and website update.
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
