2. Suggesting the range of fabric to the client accordingly to where the clients will use and what fabric patterns will suit as per the client body structure.
3. Understanding and knowing the client needs in order to suggest and explain the different styles (suits, vest, overcoat, shirts & trousers) in thorough details.
4. Co-ordinating with the tailor master and factory from the time of order till final products are ready for delivery as per company policy.
5. Schedule customer appointments through calls, email in liaising coordination with the sales team.
6. Maintaining and reporting daily sales report by the end of day and end of month and the balance reports to the accounts management.
7. Develop and maintain customer data information for sales needs & managerial needs in adherence to marketing team requirements.
8. Supporting operation management for training new employees on commercial operation system (Tally and Retail Pro, Inventory coordination & control).
1. Taking care of stock replenishment and arrangements inward and out-ward as per ordering requirement.
2. Assistant Visual Merchandiser to ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Gives guidance on product selection and provide accurate information on product features, pricing and after-sales, Answer customer's questions about specific products/services.
