Key Responsibilities:
• Handled warehouse operations for 65, 000 square feet facility having over 12 thousand live pallet positions (Mobile racking storage system) and over 20, 000 Pick Bin Locations, with a product range of nearly 12000+ SKU’s.
• Controlled and maintained the temperature requirements for this facility (between 18°c to 20°c), as per the product requirements consisting of Pharmaceutical - Healthcare items, Lab Items and Food supplements.
• Controlled and maintained the cold storage facility for Pharmaceutical and Lab items (Cold Room 2°c to 8°c) and (Freezer -18°c to -21°c).
• Increased receiving efficiency by implementing Standardized Work practices and 5-S concept.
• Ensured all supply demand deadlines were met without any issues.
• Performed daily inspections for safety, cleanliness, and supply levels.
• Managed the Delivery Scheduling and Material Distribution for high profile retailers with over 90+ outlets such as: Bin Sina Pharmacy, Bin Sina Wellness Centre and Holland & Barrett.
• Ensured the processing of nearly 1000 orders (Pick, Pack & Dispatch) within 24 Hours, on daily basis.
• Planned, scheduled, and supervised operations to ensure availability of stock to meet monthly demands for customers all across UAE for Pharmaceutical and Lab items.
• Spearheaded initiatives to increase shipping accuracy from 97% to 99%
• Managed the allocation of space and maintenance for the warehouse. Routed and tracked maintenance requests and inspected work to ensure quality and timely repairs.
• Managed all supply files and contracts for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Determined methods of obtaining relief from responsibility of lost, damaged or destroyed property.
• Ensured FEFO/FIFO is followed at all times.
• Brought down Inventory Variances from 0.64% to less than 0.02% by Streamlining the Picking Activity and also reduced the Picking Travel Time.
• Implemented control checks to maintain the shrinkage within the limits.
• Controlled the Reverse Logistics, ensuring the returns are processed on time and Credit Notes are processed and provided to customers on time.
• Conducted daily cycle counts, and held over 98% accuracy rating.
• Successfully implemented multiple shift operations in Distribution Centre.
• Advised subordinates on best possible actions in the logistics field.
• Supervised, trained and mentored over 80 employees.
• Worked closely together with IT Team for successful implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Controlled the movement of Lab Machines (Zeiss, Boston, Stago, etc.) for installation at Hospitals, Clinics and Exhibitions.
• Ensured proper control of Cold Chain Products during Inbound and Outbound operations.
• Maintained KPI’s for all operational activities within the Distribution Centre, for over 100 million inventory; Reports like Pick performance, Inbound-Putaway productivity, Cycle Count figures, Location accuracy, Empty Location daily update, Fleet Management, Dispatch/Delivery Report, Incidence reports, etc.

• Handled Invoicing and Dispatching of consignments.
• Handled the negotiations and contracts with Transporters for Material Transfers from Production Facility to Distribution Centre.
• Handled all the Expired, Damaged and Rejected Material within the production unit.
• Prepared all the necessary monthly reports to Works Manager, Plant Manager and General Manager
