• Establishing and administering a multi-module freight contract with various freight agencies to ensure goods are handled promptly and efficiently
• Lead expediting team to liaison with suppliers to track delivery schedule, coordinating with freight agents to arrange collection of goods and to ensure on-time deliveries
• Audit purchase orders to ensure all required documents are maintained in accordance with established ‘PO Checklist’.
