- Reports directly to the corporate Recruitment Manager.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships between employer and employees.
- Develop and update Job descriptions.
- Responsible for candidate sourcing via on-line recruiting sites (as Bayt.com.) Newspaper ad, employee and friends referrals and all other possible sourcing avenues.
- Participating & sourcing of candidates through the Employment Fairs.
- Established and developed a new database for the department.
- Arrangement of face to face interviews with line managers, and final interviews with directors.
- Manage and distribute CV's received, replying where necessary.
- Develop & organize mass recruitment tests.
- Conducts initial HR interviews based on the organization's competencies and prepares recommendation.
- Identify the summer interns needed projects and responsible for recruitment of summer interns for each project.
- Manage of the summer interns' evaluation as to determine the most potential of them so to enrich the recruitment pool.
