Wayon Group is a big stones company in China that owns five stones factories(marble, granite, quartz, mozaic, gem stone, etc.) and one trading company. At first I took part in Xiamen International Stones Fair, Canton Fair and other international fairs with the company sales team. And with the help of knowing more foreign languages, I got more customers and orders from the fairs. From Jun. 2009, I became Manager of Exportation Department of its Guangzhou branch.
As manager, I learnt to analyze the market trending of the same products and made the selling target and selling plan yearly, seasonly and monthly. For more sale, I built up the international Alibaba platform with the team. And for better administration, I went for class and introduced Exportation Administrative Softwear into our department and improved the administration of customers, contracts, selling plans and selling statistics.
The sales and the administration of out department were going quite well when I was at this position.
