Job description:
• Liaising with department heads to ensure that each department remains within budget.

• Check the accounting entries relating to financial transactions for accuracy and conformance to accounting policies and pass them for superior consideration.
• Computation and Preparation of VAT returns on a Quarterly Basis.
• Computation and preparation of ZAKAT return on a Yearly Basis.
Job description:
• Monitoring daily cash balances and determining cash requirements needed.
• Take care of the cash management system of the company and their payment mechanism.
• Check vendor information, view invoice numbers, view payment terms, display profit centers and remove blocked invoices in (FBL1N).
• Participate in the year-end financial statement audit through effectively responding to specific requests.
• and inquiries from the external audit team.
• Bank statement reconciliation with SAP (LSMW).
• Reconcile balance between the bank and the notes payable (FAGLL03).
• Calculated and reported cash position, prepared and performed all domestic international fund transfers.
• Encashment cheques in the system which already disbursed from the bank (LSMW).
