Implement HR programs and provide quality services to all employees in the areas of Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Movements, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations and Welfare Programs, Training, Rewards and Recognition Program in accordance with policies and procedures to support the objectives of the function.
1. Recruitment and Placement:
Coordinate with departments to ensure filling- up approved vacancies.
Process recruitment and selection process (from sourcing, screening, short
listing, interviewing)
Maintain SAP HR Modules and other systems to ensure accuracy of
employee information
Process internal movements based on employee qualifications and approved
vacancies.
Administer new employee orientation, and now in the process of
incorporating on-boarding process of recruitment.
2. Employee Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement:
Facilitate delivery of training and development activities at the sector
Monitor implementation of Individual Development Plans and Performance
Improvement Plans
Monitor implementation and provide Coaching for Performance
Management
3. Labor/Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
Coordinate and manage the implementation and monitoring of employee
programs such as sports activities and family welfare programs to maintain
employee well being
4. Benefits Administration:
Support administration of employee benefits through benefit enrollment and
claims processing
Manage employee separation and retirement activities required at the sector
Implementation of rewards program to employees
5. Labor Relations
Assist HR Manager in data gathering for CBA
6. Month-end reports
Prepare all reports like FTE, Overtime, Man hours, Benefits, etc
