Upon the success of the Caruso’s Restaurant I signed the contract of Side Walk and managed it as done in Caruso’s details mentioned above.

Upon the success of the Caruso’s Restaurant I signed the contract of Side Walk and managed it as done in Caruso’s details mentioned above.
• In charge of restaurant operations: Sales, revenue, hiring.
• Hired, trained, and coached 50+ staff members on customer service skills, food & beverage knowledge, and health & safety standards in preparation for restaurant grand opening
• Reduced variable costs by 12% through tighter controls on over time expenditures and inventory waste
• Consistently exceeded monthly sales goals by minimum of 10% by training staff on up selling techniques and creating a featured food and beverage program
• In charge of the outside catering and events: Sales, menus, reservations, and operation.
• Marking the restaurant and the outside catering and bringing new business.
• Budgeting and achieving the numbers
• Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments.
• Supervision of weekly schedules. Schedule staff as necessary to ensure adequate and consistent levels of service.
• Work with the Chef and Head Server to ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with.
• Evaluate and implement sales promotion programs.
• Develop PR strategies & campaigns to improve public perception of company.
• Release promotions about new products.
• Handle all indoor customers and catering requests.
• Give Training & development courses for the team members of the restaurant.
• Build customer services and public relations to improve the sales.
Handle incoming customers and event requests
Sales calls to identify companies with potential productivity, building relationship and closing deals.
Contract companies and prepare profiles for the projects.
Coordinating with the third parties to prepare the event.
Following up on all details from building the theater to providing the performers to organizing the marketing campaign. (Example: Arab Games in Doha: Souq Waqif singing event, Landmark & Villegio marketing stands, Katara African Festival, Ecuador Festival)
