Signing Franchise contract with the Owner

Organizing with the architect the layout of the restaurant
Managing and overseeing the building of the interior, design.
Purchase all the restaurant requirements from white equipment to Restaurant furniture to cutleries and decoration items.
Hiring the staff and finishing their legal papers, arranging tickets and Visas.
Training kitchen, service and cleaning team for the preopening.
Agreements with suppliers for food items, cleaning items, and other restaurant needs.
Preparing the marketing Plan and hiring bloggers to market the restaurant.
Opening the Restaurant successfully and having a well-managed operation.
Upon the success of the Caruso’s Restaurant I signed the contract of Side Walk and managed it as done in Caruso’s details mentioned above.
