• Directs events team and staff and oversees all operations from development, production, right up to delivery.
• Coordinate and implement all operations within an event, including, but not limited to staff, food, beverage, AV / tech support, set up, decor and payment
• Contact point for all clientele; ensured host of event was pleased whilst building strong communication ties and excellent rapport.
• Liaise with different departments to guarantee successful events; such as marketing, sales team, restaurant management team and lead chefs.
• Responsible for all event staff, hires and trains new employees as well as provides leadership, motivation, direction and support to current team.
Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C.
- Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
- Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
- Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- To direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
- To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
- To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
- To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
- To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution
- To analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
Special Task : handling the total marketing and advertising operations of the HEALTH Magazine
Manage corporate marketing and communications functions, overseeing a $1.3M budget and 10-member team. Direct brand management, PR, media relations, corporate positioning, product launches, advertising, sales collateral and trade show marketing.
