• Responsible for each category yearly plan growth and make sure all categories achieve and keep on track
• Develop the shopper and trade strategies for all categories and implement to meet company's sales/market share target
• Develop new product launching plan and execute to launch smoothly as planned
• Lead internal launching event and deploy sales team for supported activities
• Plan shopper promotion program to help of take of trade customer and execute the whole process of shopper promotion
• Work closely with booth activation for activation shopper program and wet sampling events.
• Drive distribution, share of shelf and quality of placement via optimized range and merchandising .Plan to enhance visibility to cover all in-store visibility, home shelf and secondary display
• Review core product and category performance and identify issue and opportunities by distribution channel to maximize opportunities and minimize risk. Track sales vs target and find out gap with target and plan contingency plan to fill the gap
• Manage budget for trade promotion and use efectively and eficiently to ensure spending meets company financial allowance
• Work closely with marketing team to define brand direction and sales team to support targets
• Report result of activities, conduct promotion efectiveness analysis to ensure all promotion meet forecast and take action on analysis
• Coach team to improve overall SCM role capability along with company guideline and direction
