-Assisting the travel information from passengers and making reservations accordingly.
- Examining passports and visas( either by examining the country’s documents or by using the airlines systems for any country entrance before making Bookings.

-Preparing daily reports, Flights and schedules, and performing various ticketing issues involving fare and taxes.
- Dealing with all kind of complex applications such as local and international tickets and calculations.
- Supervises the travel agents for any changes in the travel itineraries

Purchasing Agent
- Purchasing / procuring the Embassy goods and services for different sections.
- Receiving Requests from sections through e-services or WEP Pass System.
- Getting quotations from vendors and changing the section requests to the specific
acquisition type.
- Sending these data to the FMO for funding.
- Driving the Embassy vehicle to the awarded vendors in order to get the funded
orders.
- Making contracts with vendors.
- Dealing with Petty cash to the maximum amount of 500 S.
- Making a complete payment processes either through the Wep Pass system or
manually through paper work..
- Doing some other procurement work and as ordered by our supervis6rs.
- Following up the Embassy procurement rules and procedures by reading the procurement rules ( FAM, FAR, DOSAR, SAP web sites)
