Responsible for making intra office circulars and maintain the time schedules for meetings, training & development and appointments.
Maintaining systematic records in manual and technical methods.
Responsible for complete floor requirements and coordination with all the departments like Nursing, housekeeping, maintenance, billing, F&B, Biomedical, pharmacy, insurance etc.
PPTs of floor co-ordination and customer requirements.
Analysis of monthly admissions, discharges and feedbacks of the patients.
Coordinate with HR Dept. about staff overtime, extra duties payments.
Supervise necessary measures to keep extra payments and overtime in control.
Assists staff to fulfill their job responsibilities for smooth functioning of the organization.
Maintaining the complete floor patient’s data and submitting monthly wise analysis like discharges, deaths, LAMA and etc to top management.
Prepare Training schedules, Designing modules/contents, Training Evaluation, follow-up with operations.
Ensure smooth operations, Housekeeping, Travel, Mail Dispatch, Local Transport, Stationery Requirements, Security arrangements.
Accountable for error in patient’s billing and credits.
Other Admin activities.
Work with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc).
Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.
Work with Sourcing Analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.
Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager interview).
Handling IT/Non IT Requirements.
Studying different profiles pertaining to different skills of candidates.
Submitting suitable profiles of candidates that match with the requirements of the clients.
Taking interviews of jobseekers on phone and making hiring matrix based upon their performance.
Getting manpower requisition from various managers.
Interacting with the vendors and taking references for head hunting.
Coordinating Interviews and responsible for formatting and submitting resumes to clients.
Sourcing candidates via job boards like Dice, Monster, hot jobs etc
