My main function is to achieve set targets by HQ from sales, profit, operational excellency KPI's. manage all functions related to sales from Pricing to profit management, also SCM and communication with all stakeholders from partners to Sales team to factories in order to secure monthly sales plan. Plus keep close to competition in order to keep set matket shate. Currently I do this for (5) countries which I am responsible for.
