المتابعة والاشراف على جميع الخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة للموظف والزائر وهي كالآتي:
الاشراف على الزراعة الداخلية والخارجية
الاشراف على النظافة الداخلية والخارجية للمزرعه
الاشراف على الضيافة
الاشراف على السكن
الاشراف على التغذية الخاصه بالموظفين
• Management and supervision of employees’ accommodation: this consists of 53 family villas, 44 units’ supervisor rooms, 126 rooms for foremen dormitories, 274 rooms for workers for total more than 1000 employees living in the farm.
• Managing and supervising guest houses and motel to the guest and VIPs
• Managing and supervising gents and ladies clubs.
• Supervision of Catering of staff and employees for more than 1, 000 employees
• Managing and supervising VIP restaurant and receive high dignitaries
