OPERATION JOB AT ABU DHABI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT/ ADAC.
Presenting high quality of customer service and assisting the passengers by providing them with any update on their flights/gates.
* Working for organization to promote customer care,
* Assist the customers to resolve their queries.
* Updating any requests made by customers into the
system to complete the task
* Explaining billing invoices and accounting policies to the
stuff
* Preparing monthly closing reports, and monitor supplier
payment
* Follow up with suppliers for all home delivery Appliances
items and update on Gima system
* In door & out door loan sales for cars and Real Estate
loans
* Collection :
- Follow up with the customers on daily basis.
- Update customers information in system .
My work here was SALES and coordinator, and during my work in this company I got experience about car insurance and car loans.
