 Prepare Contracts, Purchase Orders and Agreements for approval and circulate approved documents to all stakeholders.
 Administer Contracts, Purchase Orders and Agreements from award to completion by applying the approved P2P process.
 Verifying invoices from suppliers in accordance with contract provisions and provide recommendations for payment in collaboration with the Procurement Manager and the relevant customer.
 Add value at each stage of Procurement function by working cooperatively and jointly to provide quality service.
 Prepare relevant reports at regular intervals, as agreed with the Procurement Manager, on progress against the baseline procurement program and supplier service delivery.
 Conduct post evaluation to suppliers per order / contract in coordination with requesting departments.
 Apply the P2P ERP Process for all procurement transactions by creating RFQ/ RFT and POs/Contracts via ERP system.
 Implement the set administrative, purchasing and clerica.

Responsible for review and approval of vendor drawings, Material Submittals and pre qualification documents of sub contractors, Inspection of plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, Gen.sets, Sewage & other Mechanical related equipment installation on the site. Provide Design guidance for modification of various jobs as per site condition and requirements and to coordinate with all discipline for the smooth progress of work. Monitor design variations by either the Contractor or the client including the necessary evidence. Maintain daily activity report. Check as-built drawings as per job execution ensuring that all site works & activities are in accordance with the requirements, specifications & approvals. Attend meetings. Approval of sub contractors Invoices.

Attended services training seminars at MOTOR INDUSTRIES Co Bangalore - India, during which introduction to MICO products, sales techniques, human relation skills, time management, financial management and communication skills were discussed.
Worked for more than Ten months in the service department (Work Shop/Servicing of Mico Bosh pumps) as a trainee Engineer.
