Quantifying the formwork requirement based on the available drawings.
* Sourcing of the formworks by forming the tender document enlisting the requirement after consultation with
seniors and issuing to the suppliers.
* Seeking clarifications from the suppliers with reference to offer quoted,
* Preparation of techno-commercial comparative presentation for the offers received.
* Coordinating with the contracts team for preparation of purchase orders.
* Carrying site and factory visits and preparation of visit reports for aiding evaluation of offers.
* Preparation of comparative analysis for sourcing of general subcontractor, gauging their capabilities vis-à-vis
BOQ.
* Assisting the senior in making preobjective budget for pre-estimation of works and following up with the
tender summary to ensure compliance.
* Coordinating with the site team for ensuring the orders are in line with the programme schedules
Study of drawings, discussing any discrepancy observed therein with seniors and raising Request for
information to Design team.
* Inspection of work during the progress of activity and ensuring rectification is done simultaneously.
* Ensuring that the resources deployed are fully utilized for reducing the slab cycle.
* Instructions to contractors and controlling of specifications.
* Checking of stocks of materials with respect to requirements at site and escalating the same to senior for
raising a purchase requisition.
* Checking the layout and execution of drywall, masonry, waterproofing, external and gypsum plastering and
installation of windows
* Ensuring minimization of NCR and ensuring the closure for same is done at the earliest.
* Checking of bar-bending schedules, coupler threading works.
* To prepare daily progress report
Oversee development of construction drawings for accuracy and conformance with design requirements.
* Inspect the construction of engineered facilities for conformity with plans and specifications.
* Instructions to contractors and controlling of specifications.
* Overall management of site, such as organizing vehicles schedules, supervision of the supply of construction
materials
* Checking the reinforcements provided and shuttering with reference to plan using line, level, and plumb.
* Co-ordination for stage wise inspection & approval by client.
* To determine quantities of work and getting it verified by Client for Joint Measurement Record.
* To prepare daily, weekly & monthly work load reports.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials

CONSTRUCTION SAFETY MANAGEMENT- NEED OF NEW ERA focuses on the importance of safety which
many a times is one of the most under rated and neglected factor in the industry with data testifying the same. Safety in
high rise towers was especially studied and so were the new innovative methods and PPEs dedicated for the purpose.
The project team was included as part of the Safety Management team drawing inferences and analyzing data obtained.
