Job Profile & Responsibilities (Working in Orbits \[Oracle based ERP\]/Peachtree Environment):
Oversee the entire Accounting, Finance functions & supervision of Accounts Team.
Oversee the identification, generation & maintenance of policies, procedures and standards in the areas of Finance, Accounting Systems and Procurement.
Preparation/Review of Monthly Management Accounts and other MIS reports
Credit Control, Receivables/Payables Management & review of Payroll
Manage day to day Cash flows, liaising with Bank & closely monitor Banking facilities
Develop Operating expenses and Capital Budget in coordination with Department Heads i.e. by using templates, collect and compile budget data, complete work papers and status reports, use appropriate cost rates for proposed budgets
Provide periodic comparative Budget versus Actual expense reports, analyze variations & patterns,
Preparation/Review of Annual Accounts as per IFRS for External Audit purposes
Liaising with local Management, JV Partners and External Auditors (Deloitte & Touche)
Preparation & review of Contractual Claims
Contribute to change management initiatives by proposing efficiency improvements, communicating benefits and changes in processes.

Successful completion of Audit (Deloitte & Touche) for years ended 2007 to 2014.
Increased frequency & No. of Reports thereby contributing in reducing material Stock losses in handling.

Operations Procurement Processing Services
· Part of Six Sigma projects relating to OPPS process improvement.
· Review all Active & Passive Notifications and taking appropriate actions to get the invoices released from holds.
