• Participated in EBS R12 upgrade project in Dar Al Arkan (DAAR) Company and performed post-upgrade test Scenarios for the Financials and Property manager modules.
Currently working with global support team to resolve oracle customers service requests across day to day support issue resolution, logging and managing the support calls and tickets with developing test plans, procedures and running the tests accordingly.
Responsible for:
• Assist Oracle customers in solving functional and technical problems related to Oracle Assets and Oracle Property Manager Modules.
• Contributing to knowledge management content creation by creating new notes.
• Respond and resolve customer issues within key performance indicator targets.
• Perform Oracle apps administrator tasks (installation, patching and maintaining) for the internal test instances.

• Worked with consulting team, Implement and support the oracle e-business suite 11i for RAYA GROUP and its subsidiaries.
• Experienced as a functional consultant, with full project life cycle implementation, including analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, pre and post implementation support with good understanding and practice of AIM methodology.
• Experienced as a technical consultant as well in oracle applications, worked on technical designs for interfaces, reports, data migration and data conversions with developers and DBAs.

• Participate the workshop to scope, gather business requirements.
• Implementation for Oracle Financial Applications (GL - AP - AR - FA - CM) and provide Consultation Services for customers.
• Document applicable business processes and training guides for end-users .
• Provide support to Oracle Financial end users after implementation.
• Designing, creating and modifying financial and analytical reports using Oracle BI tools
(reports builder, xml publisher) and FSG.
• EBS application customization and personalization (embedded applications, applications integration-interface, forms, reports...) .
