Responsible for all works on site required to complete the project, and controlling all project resources including the provision of all materials, equipment, tools and manpower required, planning of project activities and coordination between all parties concerned

 Monitoring and managing performance of the engineering team supervising on-site work, and construction personnel from contractors, sub-contractors or consultants to ensure efficient and timely project delivery

Achievements

 Saved the client an estimated 15m AED across both projects by using stone columns under the buildings’ foundations to meet the soil improvement requirements of the Soil Test
 Project was handed over in phases to meet the requirements of the client and all deadlines were met

Assisted the Project Manager in all day-to-day activities of the Projects, closely monitoring daily site activities, frequently inspecting works, checking for construction documentation compliance, and inspecting the Project's civil works and finishes to ensure that it met the high standards Emaar promised to its customers

 Monitored and controlled all construction comments, prepared by the Project inspectors on a regular basis, and instructed the contractor and consultant to action accordingly
 Observed the safety of buildings and all premises, and followed up with the contractor and consultant to address all the site problems and quality issues in a satisfactory manner as per the standards

 Set a plan for the Project inspectors to conduct pre-inspection, de-snagging and customer home orientation clearance when properties are ready
 Coordinated with respective Emaar departments, like property handover, customer care, etc. who have an impact on project progress to ensure smooth handover, and that all utilities are functioning
 Inspected the property condition after consultant approval and followed up with the contractor to clear all snag lists, raise the property condition to meet company standards and to be handed over to the customer
 Issued the first certificate after completing all comments which had been received from Quality Assurance Engineers after receiving consultant approval
 Issued the CHO Certificate (Customer Home Orientation) after attending all the customer comments which had been raised by the customer while doing the home orientation
 Arranged the receipt of O&M manuals, As-Built Drawings and any other required documents through liaising with the Project Manager and Contractor, to handover to the client
