• Key central One ERP for Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany as go-to-person connecting with on-behalf of One ERP - driving a unified project team with local and central team members. Being the bridge between central and local teams.
• Collaborate, influence and build relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure and communicate aligned expectations and priorities on tasks and deliverables.
• Bring forward high level overview of progress and status of deliverables - highlight critical issues and risks with mitigation plans and actions. Put issues brought forward into the high-level perspective, but also deep dive into the details when needed.
• Stakeholder management and drive resolution of misunderstandings and issues between the local team and the central team.
• Drive completion of project deliverables - engage relevant local and central team members in accomplishing project deliverables/milestones.
•Regional deployment of various ERP business tools including finance, supply chain, procurement, order management, warehousing and production/assembly, mandated worldwide by Danfoss for across 10 countries in Asia Pacific Region i.e. Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Taiwan.
• Lead Asia Pacific countries in change management, people development and training for all new business operations across Asia Pacific regions.
• Responsible to ensure business continuity from old SAP Business Suite/R3 to S/4 Hana.
• One ERP consisting of S/4 Hana including SCM, Order Management, Finance and Controlling, Runbook, Meridian, Taxware; Anaplan for SIOP, Transport Management System from Descartes, Global Trade System, APO (Advance Planning Optimizer), CRM/Sales Force (SaaS) and Technical Components including SolMan, PO (Purchase Orders), IXOS and GRC (Global Risk and Compliance).
• Responsible to lead a team of subject matter experts across all countries in Asia Pacific Region to be trained as Qualified Users in the new business operation for Asia Pacific.
• Responsible to plan and execute migration, cut-over and Go-Live for all 10 countries simultaneously.
• Responsible to roll-out Digital Transformation Projects, B2B e-commerce online platforms for all segments in 10 APR countries.
•Responsible to implement IT integration into operation successfully prior to company merger in Malaysia, Singapore, Korea and New Zealand.
• Responsible to evaluate existing business processes in the organization and set-up new business processes ERP/SAP and other business tools within the Asia Pacific region to execute projects solutions.
• Ability to work in multi-layered matrix organization serving many leaders.
• Worked closely with multiple business leaders to develop strategies and tactics that drive targeting programs and win business.
• Responsible for proposal and solution project operations in Asia Pacific Region by coordinating with various factories in Europe and engineering team in India for optimize orders.
• Coordination with external vendors for project execution inclusive of scope, procurement, billing, installation, documentation, risks management, testing and commissioning and handover.
• Order intake and revenue monitoring for SEA utilizing business intelligence reporting.
End User Coverage focusing on global strategic and country targeted accounts with V1/V2. Setting individual targets and align with global segment targets - handshake with all BUs.
* Utilizing business tools such as Greenberry and bFO (Sales Force) to monitor all business units pipelines and orders, time in field, PAM vs sales, etc. Drive sales efficiency using Sales Force with monitoring mechanism and KPIs.
* Sales and Marketing Excellence coaching including competencies development for sales and marketing team.
* Marketing excellence activities including marketing council with Country President, BVPs and all marketing team on ROIs, new products launching strategy, best practices, cross-selling, promotions, event launching, etc.
* Country business strategy - Facilitate Solution Opportunity Committee for Go-No Go decisions for bids and commercial opportunities worth multi Euros for all business units - Energy, Industry, Partner, Retails, EcoBuilding and IT Business.
* Commercial Policy - align with global and local business settings, including rebate system, incentives, promotions, partnership agreements, etc.
* Business Intelligence activities including competitive analysis, segment analysis (PAM per segments vs SE sales per segment and AMR.
* Managed and won multi-million dollars/euros solution bids involving various Schneider Electric products and external entities for oil and gas, commercial industries, MMM and utilities clients.
* Lead and administrate tendering department in the leadership capacity with 4 direct reports.
* Review, improve and leverage the following efforts: sales pipeline process/forecasting, value selling, time usage of sales people, account management profiles, sales competency models and sales effectiveness metrics by engaging
commercial leaders, identifying best practices as well as gaps.
* Seek to improve, simplify business procedures relevant to commercial including Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts.
* Develop SOC processes using global business tools and facilitate the meeting with Steering Committee.
* Develop and implement processes in the department to collaborate with various BU and global offices as well as establish and foster close collaboration with various Schneider Electric factories around the world.
* Administrate bid contracts and resolve issues on bid projects including facilitate approvals of various corporate level counterparts i.e. CFO, Risk Manager, Legal, and Business VP to comply with mandatory business policies.
* Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Tender and Business objectives are met. Knowledge and understanding team dynamics and priorities of a multi-national company in matrix environment.
* Provide coaching and leadership to tendering team and enable them to achieve higher level productivity and performance including of conducting performance appraisal, identifying training needs and goal settings.
* Manage post tender activities such as tender clarification reports, lesson learnt, debrief meetings, Win/Loss analysis in coordination with Project Execution Team and Opportunity Leaders.
