• Responsible for handling purchasing transactions & coordinating with the manager.
• Monthly inventory analysis and order Forecasting.
• Making Purchase order based on average consumption of a particular item.
• Pricing Calculation, DDP price, Price negotiation with the supplier to compete in the market easily.
• Responsible for Shipment monitoring with efficient manner, checking Incoterms payment terms etc.
• Keeping payments records of the suppliers as well as local shipping and insurance companies.
• Applying for and following insurance procedures for each shipment.
• Checking and filing the debit note received.
• Following claim procedures in the event of a damaged shipment.
• Handling all the original shipment related documents.
• Raising purchase orders with suppliers for the store as required using the computer system.
• Update computer system, input of purchase orders, goods received and manual stock control system.
• To accurately understand, delivery/ issue/ distribution of products held with the store and fulfill the objectives and direction given by the management of the company.
• To liaise with the finance department regarding purchase orders, purchase returns, debit notes etc.
• To play a “hands-on” role in the store and supplies activity.
• To participate in the timely monthly stock-takes within the store.
• Enquiring about shipping status, checking pro forma and preparing costing documents.
• To ensure polite and courteous communication with staff and external agencies at all-time.
• Preparing to cost related documents, doing costing.
