Working with WiConnect as Sr. Wireless engineer, holding the following responsibilities:
- Responsible about the VSAT installation and operation in the eastern region.
- Conduct and direct field site surveys for telecom networks including Microwave PTP, VSAT & PMP systems and Data Telecom Networks.
- Generate documentation required for system design.
- Install and supervise the installation of microwave PTP, VSAT & PMP systems and Data Telecom Networks.
- Commission installations and generate as-built documentation.
- Prepare documentation required for System Operation & Performance Reports.
- Provide support when needed to Project Manager with tasks that include correspondence with, client and/or logistics management.
- Network monitoring, troubleshooting and Travel within KSA for related tasks existing systems.
Working as a project controller for the CCTV maintenance project with RTA (ITSM2016), holding the following responsibilities:
- Working as a point of contact between the customer and ITS.
- Assuring maximum network performance in comparison with contracted KPIs and SLAs.
- Insure customer satisfaction with a highly response in rectifying any camera went down within the agreed time.
- Managing and coordinating all the projects tasks including: site surveys, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting the cameras failures.
- Proposing plans to customer in order to guarantee the network operation in a proper way.
- Provide support services for the technical team especially in the wireless stuff for those cameras backhauled wirelessly.
Sales and marketing of JAWWAL and WATINIYA Mobile (Palestinian Cellular networks) services, cell phones maintenance.
As network engineer during my work, my responsibilities were as follow:
- Deploy, configure and maintain wired and wireless network.
- Implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and designing communication networks within Municipality building and between its departments.
- Following up with the companies that provide the PMP service to connect the Municipality departments with each other’s.
Working with PALTEL (Palestinian Telecommunication) in the field of ADSL lines with the following tasks:
- Install/maintain wired and wireless networks include routers and switches configuration.
- Configuration and installation of ADSL lines in cooperate with PALTEL
I have graduated as communiaction engineer with a very good GPA level. I got a UPA schollarship for two times during my study as well as an intensive interbship with a well known operators in palestine and jordan.
