Le Cordon Bleu Lebanon is located in the new 5-star hotel - BURJ ON BAY. The hotel itself is owned by Societe Le Cordon Bleu Liban. During my experience with Le Cordon Bleu, I have handled the below tasks:
Le Cordon Bleu Lebanon:
Generate leads - identify possible opportunities for student recruitment
Attend educational events or F&B related events both locally & abroad (Middle East, Africa)
Handle social media accounts for Le Cordon Bleu Lebanon and create weekly content
Maintain good relationships with agents that refer students to Le Cordon Bleu
Manage in-house events such as open house to promote the institute
Dealing with press/media/bloggers/influencers mainly during in-house events
Work alongside the teaching chefs to organize the format of demonstrations at expos (for ex. HORECA)
Update the CRM including all leads, opportunities, follow-ups etc.
Ensure the availability of all collaterals while respecting brand guidelines
BURJ ON BAY Hotel:
Sales
Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement Sales strategy. Maximize profitability and occupancy by coordinating the sales activities. Ensuring consistency in productivity, servicing of existing clients needs and the attraction of new accounts. To be efficient and diplomatic in dealing with situations involving any aspect of Sales & Marketing where the reputation or image of the hotel is represented.

Dealing with press/media/bloggers/influencers mainly during in-house events
Assist in the planning and execution of events attended or hosted by BURJ ON BAY Hotel & Le Cordon Bleu, with focus on the creation of promotional merchandise, adverts, flyers, stage design, pre- and post-event marketing.
Work closely with the Online Marketing Manager & General Manager to generate leads and educate the market on our services.
Provide marketing & design support to the managers so they can:
• Sell Serviced & Virtual offices
• Retain clients and keep client churn to a minimum
• Increase revenue & exceed the operating profit
Work with the managers at each location to build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and smart agents to generate referrals.
Work closely with the managers in each location to review their monthly marketing action plans.
Manage Commission Claims (Approvals)
Arrange to visit embassies, consulates, trade commission offices and the chamber of commerce to present our services and discuss a referral relationship. Maintain the relationship to generate referrals and increase our exposure in the market.
Build a reputation for the executive management of Servcorp as industry-leaders on IT, Real estate and business setup topics
Penetrate the SME Market by raising awareness of Servcorp’s solutions
Opinion pieces or Advice columns
Working with both channel and marketing team to ensure the flow of activities and coordination from both sides. (EMEA - Emerging Markets)
Training for partner onboarding
