Installation of ST, STG, GT, GTG, auxiliary unit, air intake system, fuel handling system, lube oil system, feed water pumps, HVAC system, Firefighting system, Water service system, Material Receiving Inspection for Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, GTG, HRSG, Tank, Piping, secondary steel structure etc. including the element like, superheater tube, coal burner and small bore piping for coal burner system etc. Monitoring field welding performance & field welding Inspection, Visual inspection for field weld and conduct hydro test for tank & piping, Participate in walk down before hydro test, Monitoring NDE status and daily up date to know welding performance and rejection rate status, Conduct hydro test boiler pressure part with Client and Third Parties, preparation of punch lists and follow up of the same for close out, Witness piping hydro test and flushing works, witness reinstatement checks for final acceptance, Handling NCR /SOR issue,
- Assessing and maintaining project progress against baseline schedule
- Review project installations for compliance with QA/QC standards, permits and other project documents.
- Review and approve monthly contractor invoicing against an established schedule of values
- Coordinate materials logistics.
- Ensure Technical support during plant construction.
- Coordinating Works with electrical and civil Departments.
- Design reviews and check of all aspects of the mechanical design package.
- Supervise sub-contracted Mechanical engineering activities.
- Following safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.

Duties:
1.1 Overall responsibility for projects Quality procedures preparation, written instructions,
reporting Top Management to share the productive inputs which could lead to
successes in current and future Company’s inter‐departmental processes.
1.2 Responsible for review of company Quality Manual to bring further
enhancement in the Quality management system QMS.
1.3 Heading the QA/QC department broadly by ensuring implementation of the
Company established procedures, quality management system are functional and
being monitored for further changes for continual improvements.
1.4 Reviewing the existing company policy, correlating to the measurable quality objectives
in line with the company’s business.
1.5 To plan internal audits at corporate for each department, sending notifications and
audit results To process owners for corrective actions. Guidelines, written
instructions to all the QMS process owners for further betterment.
1.6 To plan the requirement of QA/QC personnel’s to allocate form the existing pool
and further to look for the need of qualified QA/QC staff for current and future
Projects.
1.7 Coordination with ISO certification body for surveillance audit and subsequent
Follow ups for Corrective and preventive actions from audit results outcomes.
1.8 Scheduling the periodic Management Review Meetings to highlight the internal
/external audit Results which need management’s intervention for further
improvement in the QMS.
1.9 Plan the QA/QC activities for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical I&C portion and hand
over to the concerned QC Engineer, managers for follow up and implementation at
the respective areas like at vendors and at projects sites.
Site supervision and quality control for installation of all key mechanical and Electrical equipment (Pumps, Valves, Overhead Crane, MV Switchgears & Transformers etc.), , Domestic Water System, Sewage System, firefighting System, Review of documentation related with mechanical and electrical equipment installation (Specifications, Procedures & MS’s), Design and Shop Drawings
Conveyance Water Pipeline - Working as the Owner representative: Site supervision and quality control for installation of all key mechanical equipment (Pumps, Valves, Overhead Crane, Surge Vessels, Chlorination System & etc.), Storm Lines, Domestic Water System, Sewage System, firefighting System, Welding Activities and Pipes Coating and Lining, Follow up of mechanical equipment deliveries, Review of documentation related with mechanical equipment production and installation (Specifications, Procedures & ITP’s), Design and Shop Drawings, Assisting Resident Mechanical Engineer on his duties.
