Lusail City Metro station is part of JV between three companies namely, Rizzani de Eccher, Redco International and Lotte Constructions. Redco’s scope include Material supply, Site supervision, Interface Management and the development of shop drawings from the design drawings.
I am leading a team of one junior engineer and three Autocad professionals and my roles include but not limited to the management for the development of shop drawings by coordinating with the design team, addressing site issues regarding the same, visiting the site regularly to make sure the correct construction sequence and assisting site engineers for the construction methodologies
Hammad International Airport Metro Station Terminal 1
HIA T1 Metro Station and Switchbox is an Underground station, located inside the New Doha International
Airport (Hamad International Airport) masterplan. The perimeter retaining Diaphragm Walls (DW), the base rafts, some part of the mezzanine slabs and of the roof slab are already constructed and the internal space was excavated by others. The mezzanine structures and the roof structures act as props for the DW stability. The structural design is performed by CREW, Italy while the MEP design is given by Meinhardt.
• Coordinating with the designers for timely submissions of design packages and attending design meetings with the clients for the coordination of design related issues.
• Contractor’s part for checking and reviewing shop drawings based on the design drawings and coordinating with the site team for the submission schedule, site specific necessities and construction sequences.
• Advising document controllers for transmittals and their tracker.
• Advising the site team for any construction related issues, visiting the site regularly for an uninterrupted course of work.
• Working on BIM software to extract the drawings and manage the design submissions while supplying any required files to different disciplines.
• Attending Meetings with MSI (Manufacture Supply and Install) and discussing various interface issues through ICFs.

•Doha Grand Park Car Park-5, 6 and 7A
Doha Grand Park Project which is to cover an area of 2.2 million square meters, is situated adjacent to the Doha corniche. Responsible for the design of prestressed beams, Hollow Core Slabs and Columns. Preparation of final reports.
•Meshereb Downtown Doha (Phase 4A Raft Work)
QR20 billion project to redevelop, regenerate and conserve the historical downtown of Doha. 31-hectare mixed-use development situated in the center of the city. Responsible for supervising the development of coordination drawings, shop drawings and general arrangement drawings of Raft.

Job Responsibilities
•Responsible for the finalization of precast structural system in line with architectural requirements. Involved in 3D analysis and design of structures for all loads including Dead, Live wind and earthquake loads by using STAAD Pro, Concise Beam, ETABS.
•Accountable for designing and detailing of structural elements satisfying relevant standards ACI, BS Codes, Indian Codes
•Conceptualizing the Modeling and Loading Parameters also preparing the realistic Model of the structure.
•Ensuring all drawings produced are correct in standard, right reference and in compliance with the client’s standards and engineering practices.

Responsibilities:
•Carry out field inspection and study of the existing civil, structural foundations as part of the team. Comparison of the existing with the new requirement.
•Assist in making specifications, scope of works, MTOs, calculation and sizing for the foundation for the renovation/ retrofitting of the structure.
•Assist in the preparation of basic Specification for civil works, Steel Structure & Design Criteria. Preparation of Layout and Drawings.
•Assist in the development of Project Material specification Data Register.
