Support mapping service providers in the program
implementation locations in close coordination with the project
team.
- Support the families with protection referral services in
coordination with the relevant specialist within the
organization.
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring and coaching to
increase the psychosocial well-being, self-efficacy, and resilience of
all households including in-crisis intervention, healthy relationships,
constructive coping, resiliency, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Build awareness on key social issues and Build awareness on
key health issues.
- Support in development of social networks and encourage
community participation and activities to build social cohesion.
- Mentor participants, boost confidence, and encourage positive
world views and coping mechanisms and Guide participants
through challenges, either related to the program or communities.
- Link participants with basic services including health, education,
safety nets, and community support groups.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy and quality of related data
collected.
Ensure that data is collected and audited
Engage members of the household to explain the program interventions and
goals in detail.
- Facilitate community groups and meetings on foundational
livelihoods training courses.
- Searching for suitable job opportunities for individuals with vocational training
and networking them.
- Support in data collection, monitoring, and evaluation efforts in
coordination with MEAL units; especially on areas related to income and
employment, training, debt, saving.
- Facilitate the selection process of participants, and the distribution of
livelihood support grants to applicants. then to follow up on the
grant’s utilization and home-based or micro-business status.
Following up, evaluating and coordinating responsible centers, employees and beneficiaries Coordinating and following up activities, preparing reports, coordinating activities, following up on attendance and absence, preparing employee payrolls, ensuring that operations are running properly, and coordinating with government officials to facilitate duties
