MANAGING THE FULL AUTOMATIC FACTORY AS THE FOLLOWING:-
1-Managing all the factory sections and supervising the construction of the factory, discussing and accepting all factory designs including construction machines fire fighting etc...
2- Assign all required employees to the factory
3- Cooperation with senior management in the development of marketing and sales plans
4- Development of analytical studies on productivity for each practical year
5-Assist in the study of production and marketing costs
As a production manager for all sections of production department(emulsions, enamels, epoxies, PU, decorative paints. a monthly studies of production and reporting to General manager the output levels of production, an internal auditing on all the other departments, responsibility on coloring machines, and upgrading the production machines with a new full automatic projects, new technology in grinding and mixing. to increase the production from 170 tons/day to 220 tons/day.
A National Paint & Chemicals Factory Division is one of Al-takamol for management, trading & marketing co divisions, and is the biggest paint factory in all of Yemen, consist of 650 employees and my responsibility is managing the production for all sections like emulsions, enamels, epoxies, urethanes, lacquers, varnishes, home cleaning solutions (flash), thinners and diluents and also on all laboratories(two as QC and one as R&D and also on raw material and finish product stores and my responsibility is to train the people in the factory and outside on the best ways to get a good products and applications, and responsible on can manufacturing section .also to make monthly production analyzing and study. my crew is around 230 employee
This company has 4 construction chemical factories outside Jordan, (Qatar, Syria, Romania and Bulgaria) and the purchasing department for all these factories is in the main office in Jordan .my responsibility is to manage the purchasing for 4 construction factories out side Jordan
My job branched to many liabilities like purchasing man, production department, customer complaints, pricing man, research and development department.
*Our products and experiences are in these fields( texture paints, fine matt semi gloss and gloss paints, roof coatings, water repellents, stone protector, fine matt, semi gloss and gloss enamels, crack fillers, tile adhesives, grouts, plasters, epoxy paints, urethane paints, nc paints, putties, antique finish paints, primers, glues, bonding agents, wood varnishes)
*Coloring products is under computerized coloring machines.
Experience in all of emulsions, enamels, epoxies, polyurethanes, and the most common decorative paint (spray tile) in Egypt and Jordan.
*A purchasing man, customer problems solver, research and development manager.

A big factory with a four main sections :
1- water base emulsions, all kinds
a- local emulsion paints all colors
b- export high quality emulsion paints (gazza, Saudi Arabia, yemen) .
2- oil base enamels, all kinds and industrial finishes, all Colors.
3- nitro cellulose paints all colors for furniture and cars
a- local paints
b- export paints to Saudi Arabia.
4- Acrylic paints two component system for cars.
*All of the company is controlled with ISO 9000
*I was the internal auditing in the company
*The production was about 4500 drums/day

*About 500 students / year
1- as a lab chemist in the research & development department from 1/10/1988 to 15/1/1991.
2- quality assurance manager from 16/1/1991to31/12/1993
*Manufacturing all types of animal medicine ( vitamins, mineral salts, antibiotics, worms repellents, salt blocks).
*Working in the labs with the computerized high performance liquid chromatography and spectrophotometer and the analytical analyzer mettlers.

*A very good company that time specially in epoxy paints (1000 drums/ day like mastics, brush applied, airless spray epoxies, cool tar epoxies, zinc rich primers, high gloss epoxies) over that the other types of paints like marine paints (chlorinated rubber), emulsions, enamels, industrial paints, stovings.
*Production was about (3000 drums/day)
