• Conducted training courses at the AMAALA site for the first time in RSG's history, saving the company hundreds of thousands of riyals by eliminating the need for employees to commute to Riyadh and the Red Sea site for training.
• Established the Toastmasters Club at the Red Sea site.
• Developed a comprehensive ecosystem for the Learning and Development (L&D) department at both sites, which included creating a variety of training rooms, streamlining government relations and facility management processes, and managing vendor logistics.

• Recruited and trained approximately 80 recent industrial college graduates through the operations training program, preparing them to become full-fledged refinery operators.
• Conducted orientation sessions for hundreds of co-op students and fresh graduates from various colleges and universities.
• Contributed to the Professional Development Programs for new hire engineers and co-op student initiative.
• Managed gap analysis and promotion requirements for the operations department.
• Collaborated with ExxonMobil experts and global trainers to implement the latest version of the Global Manufacturing Training System (a learning management system created by ExxonMobil) at SAMREF.
