Build a full-scale sales operation for an innovative digital venture from the ground up
duties include:
• Conducting market research to establish client
database
• recruitment of sales interns and executives
• developing sales and marketing strategies
• Mentoring and training new inductees to be market
ready
• approaching, initiating sales meetings and giving
presentations to C-Level executives thereby successfully on-boarded 200 companies on to our platform in Year 1
• Following up with new and existing clients for their feedback and providing proper solutions to the problems if any
• Working closely with senior management in order to develop sales pipeline and strategies
• Managed a team of 6 sales executives and 5 interns to drive sales process and achieve monthly KPI’s
• Certified Seller support associate
• Worked as technical account manager for
Amazon.Com for a period of 18 months
• During this period I was trained to help and resolve seller's queries mainly from North
America as well as from other parts of the world
• I was trained to manage the sellers selling accounts and check if the Amazon’s sellers
around the world were following the code of conduct while selling their products
Project : DFCCIL CTP-12 (USD 298 million )
• Site inspection/audit of engineering works (e.g. reinforced concrete, drainage. infrastructure).
• Review and assessment of contractor variation and change submissions.
• Preparation/provision of support documentation for project reporting process.
• Management of civil engineering interface with contractor.
• Prepare Inspection Requests and other quality related reports/documents of every activity and monitor accomplishments.
