• Achieve regional sales operational and financial objectives.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
• Maintains and expand customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
• Create a distinct sales process and marketing strategies for sales managers and reps to follow.
• Educate sales team on new or upcoming products and services.
• Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management.
• Plan & achieve region’s expansion plan by Channel (New accounts).

• Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms to control collections.
• Coordinate with marketing team & ensure orders are supplied to trade to increase brand visibility (Gondola, FSDUs, etc…)

• Follow up from scratch to start deal with the biggest Beauty & cosmetics retailer shop - & pharmacies
• Choosing the fitting products range plan that make good sales in the retail.
