Report Admin Manager/Supervisor for day to day activity
Perform outdoor work in the government department, banks for the company
Maintain the instrument maintenance records used for the monitoring at site
Assist supervisor on field and site surveys
Provide maintenance to the office and other related works
Payment recovery, coordination with clients for payments, cheque collection etc.
Prepare invoices for the clients
Responsible of the company’s Equipment to be transfer to the industrial site and factories
Perform other task assigned to by my superior.
Other similar Administrative/ Clerical/ Support duties to Motivate Individuals to achieve organizational objectives
