Prepare RFQs and forward them to relevant local and international suppliers/agents to obtain competitive quotations, ensuring the best pricing, material quality, and shortest delivery times.
• Manage procurement for indirect items, handling end-to-end sourcing from both foreign and local vendors.
• Evaluate and review purchase orders (POs) on a weekly basis to maintain inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
• Lead new vendor development, including rigorous price negotiations, PO releasing, and monitoring material delivery.
• Proficient in utilizing the JED system for streamlined procurement and inventory management.
• Manage SABER registration and compliance documentation for incoming international shipments.
• Track and follow up on all purchase orders continuously to ensure timely delivery and successful receipt at the warehouse.

Preparing RFQ‘s for all departments and forwarding it to relevant
supplier/agents to obtain Quotations and making sure to avail the
best price and material available with the shortest delivery time.
Currently handling all spare parts from foreign and local suppliers.
Maintain proper alternative suppliers& back-up plan in case of
emergency satuations.
New vendor Developmen, price negotiation with vendor, PO
releasing, material deliver.
Proficient in JED system.
Making SABER for the shipments.

Arrange the it from local market.
Follow all the shipments ( raw materials-spare parts)
Knowledge in SABER & SFDA & FASEH
Follow with the suppliers to arrange the items
