Responsibilities:
1. Generate, on daily basis "time spending report" of late vehicles & Coordination with operation departments & shops to resolve the issues.
2. Enters and maintain landmark information in tracking system for the information and identification of vehicles & their destinations Such as Branches.
3. Provides on demand details reports of vehicles location & time from the GPS tracking system.
4. GEO Zone set-if Vehicle change the truck
5. Collect data to develop improvement plan for the Vehicles routing system
6. Set POIs & assigned Vehicles route with correct location of Branches
7. Monitoring vehicles through tracking system & check the physical the status
8. Speeding and stop reports with timing and landmarks.
9. Monitors Driver violation report details about possible safety negligence’s/violation over speed
10. Checking, verification of all Units vehicles Tracking devices & clearing payment issue of all Units
11. Schedule meeting regarding any issue of all units tracker devices with Tracking Company
12. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
13. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
14. Control regularly that all documentation required is filled in timely and precisely
15. Manage vendor and customer financials; make sure that payment for the service provider,
16. Control all documentation related to vehicles (Log Books, Fuel Consumption...)
17. Consolidate and control the Fuel Consumption Follow Up from all Senior Logistics Officers.
18. Implementation and Development of Vehicle Tracking Reports according to Management requirement.
