• Implemented & designed new ERP & other software for various type of Overseas, Local Projects & General staff
pay structure for smooth payroll administration
• Monthly payrolls for employees and provide support in calculation of allowances payable, bonuses,
deductions, Re-imbursements, medical benefits and other salary adjustments
• Handling salary reimbursements eligibility & checks.
• Running the monthly Payroll & implementing new ERP software for smooth payroll administration
• Processing claims for Medical Reimbursement & Other Advances as well as full & final settlements of gratuity.
• Process and arrange to issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings
• Compute wages and deductions
• Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records
• Review time sheets, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll
discrepancies
• Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records
• Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update
payroll records
• issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
• Provide information to employees on payroll matters, and collective agreement provisions
• Complete, verify, and process end of service benefits
• Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls
• Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts
• Ensure that all staff leave are applied on time and accurately.
• Provide quarterly leave reports for the benefit of staff and line Managers.
• Ensure that leave data impacts payroll correctly
• Assist the staff and line managers by developing a Leave Planner
