Key Responsibilities: (Strategic)
▪ Mapping project scope, objectives and streamlining efforts toward attaining optimum project configuration in line with critical success factors.
▪ Maintaining highest standards of quality on deliverables according to envisaged implementation methodology and ensuring that escalation procedures are followed avoiding surprises by resolving all work issues.
▪ Managing operational aspects of the project including knowledge management, coordination of resources and project planning, status reporting, and delivery.

✔ Handled the data & databases of key markets in the Northeastern Continental United States.
✔ Analyzed the performance of E911 location-based network solution of these markets on a daily basis and reported performances using various reporting methodologies and data points.
