Key Responsibilities:
• Increasing sales records and Retention of the customers,

Key Achievements:
• In 2017 sales were dropped because of the market, however we succeeded to end the year with
above 84% of the agreed on budget of the FY 2017.
• In 2018 we managed to win excellent power generation projects which led to recognized increase
in sales records, expecting to close the year with a Rocking sales achievements that is more than
2016’s by at least 8% and more than 2017’s by 100%,

• In 2016 sales were increased by 44% more than 2015 sales records, also more by 20% than the
target for the same year,

• Establishing Construction Equipment’s Division from scratch (Bringing in new alliances, forming
sales team, studying the market, preparing feasibility study, ........ etc).
• Taking care of Case Agricultural Equipment’s Sales Department, Rubble Master Crushers
Department and Sennebogen Lifting Equipment’s sales in addition to the Construction Equipment’s
Division,

• Bringing in to the company LonKing Construction Equipment’s Brand Dealerships, it is well reputed
in China and has very competitive product range of reliable quality and price,
• Training for salesmen on Crushers Done During March 2015.
• Sales Performance in 2015 was outstandingly better compared to 2014, as there were an increase
in sales revenues & numbers of over 100% for Case Agricultural Equipment’s and Sennebogen
Lifting equipment’s, also an increase of about above 80% for Rubble Master Crushers products

1. Responsible of the Sales Forces, Recruitments, Daily Tasks Assignment, Coordination, Motivating, Evaluation and Control of their Movements,
2. Upgrade and Improve the Knowledge of the Company’s Long and Short-Run Goals & Objectives,
3. Market Forecast, Design of Sales Organization, Recruiting and Selecting Salesperson, Training, Budgeting, Compensation, Territory and Quota Design, Sales Analysis, Developing Sales Approach, Customer Service, Order Processing, Credit and Collection, Promotion,
4. Planning, Budgeting, Pricing, Recruiting & Managing Sales Per Customer Relationship, Organizing, , Communication
5. Initiates Ordering of Machinery from Suppliers.

2. Looking after the Iveco Transportation Fleet.

2. Looking after the Iveco tippers fleet & raising reports to the GM.
3. Interviewing & Recruiting the engineers, mechanics & drivers too.

2. Looking after the trucks fleet & Consultant about the specifications of new purchases.
3. Appraising the performance of the mechanics & the drivers.
Taking care of the incoming trucks, making the first inspection, then making the final check before delivering it to the customers.
Taking care of the truck fleet owned by the company
Checking, measuring the engines components and recommending the best treatment then refit them back in the engines
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Graduated with a B+ Average
Bachelor's degree/higher diploma, Faculty of Engineering & Architecture, Department of Agricultural Engineering, Graduated with a Second Class
