Duties & Responsibilities:
o Arranging cost effective logistics for Sea /air /road shipments by negotiating with multiple freight forwarders.
o Arranging Switch BL and second set documents for all cross trade shipments.
o Having good expertise on E-Mirsal II (Preparation of Declaration & DP World payments, Gate pass )
o Preparing export documents like invoice and packing list, COO as per the customs requirement at destination port.
o Coordinating with 3PL, freight forwarding companies, Courier companies, transporters, shipping lines and supervise logistics function in a smooth and cost-effective manner.


o Monitoring 3PL warehouse & Logistics operations (Receiving the goods, proper storing at right location, arranging the goods ready for export & documentation.
o Prioritize & schedule urgent & high value shipments and release them within the lead time.
o Familiar with INCOTERM 2010.
o Handling LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and preparing documents in accordance with LC clauses.
o Regular update to customer with respect to their orders shipment details.
o Timely shipment insurance and claims in the event of damage.
o Direct dealing with int’l suppliers “Brazil, USA, Italy, France Spain, Germany, Egypt, and China, for scheduled shipments pertaining to the POs.
o Shipment tracking using respective shipping line’s/Airlines tracking portals, phone calls, emails.
o Assess each shipment and fixing cost effective by comparing multiple quotations and shipment transit time.
o Cost Effective shipment clearing plan from seaport and transport arrangement to avoid any demurrage and Port storage charges.
o Ensuring all required products licenses such as Municipality, Customs & CID approvals are obtained.
o Sending pre-alerts to the consignee as soon as shipmen moved from origin..

Roles &Responsibilities.
• Maintaining good relationship with resellers on Negotiating discounts to pick up orders and closing deals

• Defective products complaints will be dealt with coordination between the involving vendor and customers.
• Credit note received from vendor will be forwarded to internal payment team to account in favor of business to avail full benefit on it.
• Preparation of Weekly reports For Vendors - Weekly Sell thru report, Partner Achievement Report, and vendor receivable claims report.
• Check Stocks- check visibility of orders & keep track of balance stock to be sold
• Check aging stocks (Stocks should not exceed 45 days)
• Check if orders received has been processed, if not, address it.
• Follow up with customers for quotes sent.
• Planning and ordering of inventory with the vendor.
