•Ensuring team Environmental Health and Safety Measures.
• Preparing bill of quality BOQ for all controls equipment needed for a project.
• Preparing material submittals, shop drawings, Handover documents and training material for client
team.
• Giving training to Client maintenance team to operate, troubleshoot and maintain the system in
case of any fault.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any faults in the BMS on site.
• Commissioning, Configuration and troubleshooting of DDC controls for Chiller Plant Manager, Air
Handling units, Package units, Fan Coil units, Lighting system and Water system.
• Ensuring early commissioning and handover by pro-actively coordinating with Client’s team and consultants.
• Making configuration for BMS according to the Client and site requirements while following the standards.
• Implementing 3D graphic designs for each project.
• Software and Hard-wired integration with third party BMS for monitoring and control.

• Configuration and replacement of RTN9xx boards like ISM6, ISM8 and CSHNU using Huawei U2000 Web LCT.
• Training on new site cabin installation, different links and protection schemes.
• Monitored and Optimized the on-site performance of Field Service Teams of Subcontractors by removing communication channel gaps.
