Responsibilities;
⦁ Identify, secure and negotiate opportunities for expansion and growth through research, field visits and outsourced services;
⦁ Detect new markets and the market needs to grow business and sales;
⦁ Conduct business reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness;
⦁ Prepare presentations on new projects and business development opportunities;
⦁ Coordinate the progress of different projects under study with internal and external stakeholders;
⦁ Draft agreements with potential partners ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
⦁ Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
⦁ Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
⦁ Arrange and lead product demonstrations;
⦁ Develop quotes and proposals for clients;
⦁ Provide an outstanding follow-up and overall process experience;
⦁ Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support analytics and new business leads;
⦁ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
⦁ Monitor market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly
⦁ Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new business opportunities
⦁ Build a strong network/connections with the developers in UAE
⦁ Oversee the sales process from start to finish, including coordinating with agents, clients and other professionals
⦁ Lead and execute the BD plan and initiatives for the practice and align with the overall business objectives
Responsibilities;
•Assist with sales rep questions, concerns and product/service questions. Create reports showing Sales %, install %, adherence, and attendance etc.
•Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.)
•Deliver positive feedback, Employee Rewards and Customer Recognition to employee. Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
•Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager. Monitors calls, provide feedback to reps and assist reps on sales %, install %, and quality assurance goals.
•I am Strong analytical mind with high level of maturity, and Self-driven and resulted oriented and able to lead a sales team.
Responsibilities;
•Create new market opportunities, Conduct market research, Coordinate and follow-up with clients, partners, and vendors.
•Arrange and conduct customer sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
