 Looks after smooth operation & maintenance of 350km Long haul optical fiber network and 150km of various Metro clients and Nodes across four major cities of upper Sindh in Pakistan
 Collects report from route patrollers and deals with various threats to Telenor Pakistan & Multinet LDN (long distance network) live networks Optical Fiber.
 Performance assessment of contractors for fiber optics development, corrective and preventive maintenance projects
 Prepare Fiber Network GPS and mapping technologies to provide the highest resolution data for early fault localization/restoration and design database for optical network management system.
 Responsible for providing engineering support to Contractors throughout the whole project and ensure that Laying standards & Optical specifications are accurately followed
 Co-ordinates with other OFC operators and Govt. authorities for ROW issues occurring on daily basis
 Completely responsible for network installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance
 Monitoring the Expansion of networks from Installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance
 To improve the technical Skills of the team and to ensure better Team Spirit within the team.
 Testing of Optical Fiber links after terminations and jointing for different measurement protocols by OTDR (EXFO & ACTERNA) and Power & Source meter equipment.
 Verification of invoices as per actual work done.
 OSP Planning including survey, designing and safety of Optical Fiber.
 All step of designing, planning, implementation and definition of following Fiber Optics OSP Parameter
