The mission of the Member Support Advisor is to complement and support the operationalizing of the International Villages Reprehensive (CVI) Office. It contributes toward effective interaction, coordination, collaboration and
partnership between Regional Offices, Donors and Countries Key performance areas and main responsibilities. Advise Countries (Members Association, MAs) in making key strategic decisions during planning processing in general and particularly during planning workshop.
Key Performance Areas :
Advise Member Countries (MAs) in strategic decision-making.
Support Member Countries in strategy and annual planning processes.
Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues and partners to discuss Risks and to develop Risk Mitigation Plans and information on implementation issues, suggest solutions on routine programme implementation. Keep record of reports and assessments for easy reference and/or to capture and institutionalize lessons learned. share Point .
Undertake field visits and surveys and share information with partners/stakeholders to assess progress and provide technical support to relevant officials for resolution. Report on critical issues, bottlenecks and potential problems for timely action to achieve results. I have visited SOS-Jordan, SOS Egypt, SOS Lebanon, SOS bosnia, SOS Bethlehem During my work.
Build and sustain effective close working partnerships with Countries counterparts and national stakeholders through active sharing of information and knowledge to facilitate program implementation.
Provided professional and general support in the relocation of 167 children from Gaza Village to Bethlehem, ensuring their mental health needs were addressed during the transition.
Coordinated with mental health professionals and stakeholders to develop and implement support plans tailored to
the needs of the children, ensuring their well-being and integration into the new environment.
Facilitated workshops and training sessions for staff and caregivers on child and adolescent mental health in humanitarian settings, focusing on trauma-informed care and resilience-building strategies.
Ensure alignment with federation standards during planning.
Assist in planning dialogue with PSA and link planning to budgeting.
Manage Donors portfolios and coordinate functional support during planning. Participate in the definition of the country strategy led by the general Director.
Monitoring, Reviewing, and Evaluation : Maintain an understanding of how statistical key figures are calculated and
recorded and support orientation for new staff periodically
Providing and consolidating MA data Compass &Power PI across all functions to CVI Representative for steering and escalating; upon assignment/agreement by the CVI Representative, the MSA advises MAs on measures to be taken in case of deviations

Developed and updated training material on SRH, GBV, PWDs, Mental Health, self-care, and COVID-19, with a specific
focus on mental health topics related to GBV and Child Protection, such as trauma-informed care, psychological first
aid (PFA), and stress management techniques.
Managed internal communications on SRH priorities and agenda, ensuring alignment with mental health and child
protection standards, and incorporating tools such as the IASC Guidelines on Mental Health and Psychosocial
Support in Emergency Settings.
Delivered trainings to non-protection staff on GBV principles, incorporating mental health awareness and trauma
informed care practices, including the use of assessment tools like the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths
(CANS) tool.
Maintained communication with UNHCR, Porticus, and disability task force teams, advocating for the inclusion of
mental health support in GBV and Child Protection programs.
Collaborated with protection and outreach departments on selection criteria for PWSNs, ensuring that mental
health needs were considered, including the application of trauma-informed care principles
Capacity Building for PWDs : Define capacity-building needs, develop training plans, and deliver sessions for staff
working on PWDs activities.
Collaborate with protection and outreach departments on selection criteria for PWSNs.
Community Outreach and Awareness : Plan community outreach activities for PWD rights. Co-plan digital awareness
activities services using webinars and online platforms.

Cancer Prevention Awareness :
Raise awareness among the general public on cancer prevention.
Breast Self-Exam Guidance :
Demonstrate and guide women on performing Breast Self-Exams (BSE) .
Breastfeeding Advocacy :
Encourage and raise awareness about breastfeeding benefits for breast cancer prevention.
Community Engagement :

Conduct Breast Cancer Awareness sessions in NGOs, private companies, and the governmental sector.
Provide training and materials on Healthy Eating, Smoking Cessation, Cancer Prevention, and Breastfeeding.
Campaign Involvement :
Attend meetings and focus group discussions related to October National campaigns, contributing to concept,
messaging, content, and implementation.
