My duties as an HR Specialist includes:
- Create policies and procedures
- Research and plan for training programs in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
- Prepare a list of all employees who need to be trained and the best training course for them.
- Plan, manage, and execute apprenticeship programs for the new recruits.
- Coordinate with the visitors of the company in terms of visas and invitation letters.
- Complete attendance sheets.
- Submit the vacations into the system.
knowledgeable in SAP-procurement, and Microsoft Outlook.
I was responsible in managing the workflow of sales representatives such as recieving orders, assigning it to a sales rep and follow up on fulfilling the order. In addition, I was handling secretarial duties such as phonecalls, faxing, Emailing, and organizing meetings.
I was commuting from Dammam to Alahsa to attend my classes that was on a ful-time basis
